The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8999mos and will result in permanent account termination:

• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Misconduct or harassment toward platform staff.
• Allowing a third party to use your account.

Your account may be closed for:

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be withdrawn, provided there are no outstanding bonus conditions or ongoing investigations.
